About Me
I help women learn how to stay connected to themselves when life becomes uncertain.
If you are capable, thoughtful and sensitive, but tired of overthinking, over-proving and carrying too much, you may have learned to function well while gradually losing contact with your own needs, perceptions and rhythm.
I know this pattern because I lived it.
After leaving a twenty-year teaching career and rebuilding my life in France, I discovered that meaningful change did not come from reinventing myself. It came from learning to remain present with myself through fear, guilt, uncertainty and pressure, without overriding what I knew or forcing myself to move more quickly than I was ready to.
What Changed?
For years, I believed that more effort, greater insight and continued self-improvement would eventually create the life I was searching for.
What I began to see was that many of the women I worked with were carrying the same hidden burden: the habit of overriding themselves in order to cope, perform, care for others or keep everything moving.
The shift did not come through becoming someone new.
It came through rebuilding trust in my own experience and learning to live without repeatedly leaving myself behind.
Internal Self-Leadership
It is the practice of learning to:
notice when you're about to override yourself
stay present in discomfort without collapsing
make decisions without proving your worth
navigate change without abandoning yourself
Over time, many women come to fuse identity with responsibility, usefulness and performance.
Internal self-leadership helps disentangle who you are from what you do, carry and provide for others.
It is the practice of meeting yourself without shame, listening without dismissal and rebuilding trust in your own experience.
This is not reinvention. It's restoration.
