SIMPLE INTEGRATION

A fortnightly exploration

Over the next fortnight, we're exploring Simple Integration: allowing what we've already discovered to settle into the way we live, rather than continually searching for something new. This is an invitation to notice what is already working, to give change time to take root, and to trust that small, embodied shifts can quietly become part of who we are.

Simple Integration Attunement

A gentle guided attunement for allowing what you have already learned, felt and understood to settle more deeply within you.

Simple Integration invites you to release the pressure to fix, force or figure everything out, and instead notice what is already becoming part of you. Through breath, reflection and quiet presence, this practice supports greater steadiness, self-trust and ease.

Reflections On: Simple Integration

Integration does not have to be dramatic. It does not have to arrive through a breakthrough, a new identity, or another version of ourselves we are trying to become.

Sometimes integration is much quieter than that.

It’s the moment we notice we are blaming ourselves and choose compassion instead.

It’s the moment we feel the old guilt rising and realise we don’t have to carry guilt as proof that we care.

It’s the moment we stop turning life into a test we are failing and begin to meet ourselves as human, alive, learning and already worthy of tenderness.

Simple Integration asks us to come back to the ordinary.

To the body. To the breath. To the conversation in front of us. To the choice we can make now. To the love we can give and receive today.

We’re not living like test subjects waiting to be fixed. We are living moment by moment, listening, softening, feeling, repairing and returning. Doesn’t that feel good?

This fortnight is not about setting new goals or finding another self-improvement project. It’s about noticing where we’re still shrinking in fear; and gently asking whether love is available here too.

Not perfect love. Not performed love. Not love as another standard to meet.

Just the simple love that lets us tell the truth, forgive ourselves, soften the body and trust the next small step.

Because the deepest power often lies in the ordinary.

And perhaps integration is not something we achieve.

Perhaps integration is what happens when we stop abandoning ourselves.
